Where every conversation is geared towards understanding and supporting you on your unique journey.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, dedicated to providing a safe and empathetic space for adults navigating life's challenges. With experience offering support both in person and online, I work with individuals facing issues such as depression, anxiety, childhood traumas, and relationship dynamics.
Fluent in English and Russian, I am committed to tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that cultural and linguistic nuances are respected and understood. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice, fostering trust and confidentiality.
My goal is to empower my clients to explore their emotions, overcome obstacles, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. If you’re looking for a compassionate and experienced counsellor to support your journey, feel free to reach out.
I support adults through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the impact of childhood traumas. I offer a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your emotions and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Having personally experienced the complexities of immigration, I understand what it means to leave your home country and adapt to life in the UK. I provide support for navigating these transitions, including cultural adjustment and feelings of loss or isolation.
I am also experienced in helping clients through significant life changes, such as parenthood, relationship breakdowns and work-related issues. I welcome clients from all walks of life and am comfortable addressing issues of diversity, including those related to LGBT+ identities.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel understood and supported, empowering you to overcome challenges and build resilience.
